An afternoon built around feeling good.
Come spend a couple of hours with your neighbors, meet the people who can actually help you feel better in your own body, and take a few small ideas home with you. We've gathered the best local practitioners in skin health, massage, physical therapy, nutrition, fitness, and recovery — all under one roof, at the Social Hall, on a Thursday afternoon in August. No lectures. No pressure. Just real conversations and a few pleasant surprises.
Wellness is a neighborhood thing. neighborhood thing.
The people who make the biggest difference in how you feel next year aren't hiding in some hospital across the county. They're local — a good massage therapist, an honest physical therapist, a nutritionist who actually listens, a trainer who understands what a 60-, 70-, or 80-year-old body needs. Most residents never find them because there's no easy way to meet them all in one place.
That's what this afternoon is for. Two hours, one room, the practitioners we trust, and enough time to ask the questions you'd normally forget to ask. Bring a spouse, bring a neighbor, bring the friend who keeps saying they should do something about their back.
Glow, Renew, Move, Fuel, and Recover — skin, massage, physical therapy and fitness, nutrition, and rehab. Every vendor at the fair fits into one of these five, so you can walk the room in any order and know exactly what you're looking at.
— The HT360 framework for healthy agingFive stations. One easy afternoon.
Glow — Skin Health
A local skin-care specialist on hand to talk about what actually helps mature skin — sun damage, dryness, the products worth using and the ones that aren't. Bring your questions; there's no such thing as a silly one.
Renew — Massage
Meet a licensed massage therapist who works with older adults. Learn what a proper therapeutic session looks like, and try a short chair-massage sample if the line's short.
Move — Physical Therapy & Fitness
Our HT360 trainers alongside a physical therapist, ready to look at how you're moving. Balance checks, a quick posture read, and honest advice about that shoulder or knee you've been ignoring.
Fuel — Nutrition & Wellness
A nutritionist with real experience in the 55-plus world — protein, hydration, blood sugar, and the small changes that add up. Samples and take-home guides while they last.
Recover — Rehab & Recovery
The often-forgotten half of feeling good. Learn about recovery tools, sleep, stretching, and the rehab options available locally when something isn't healing on its own.
Giveaways & door prizes
Every vendor brings something to give away, and we'll draw a few larger prizes toward the end of the afternoon. You have to be in the room to win — that's the only rule.
Small things that actually help.
A few trusted names
The next time your back acts up or you're wondering who to call about that skin spot, you'll already know a face and a phone number.
One or two habits worth trying
A stretch, a food swap, a way to sleep better — pick the one that fits your week and give it a real try.
A pleasant afternoon
You'll see neighbors, hear a few good stories, and leave in a better mood than you came in. That counts too.
Everything you need to know.
How the two hours unfold
The things people usually ask.
Is this really free?
Yes. There's no ticket, no fee, no upsell at the door. Hustle Training 360 and the local vendors cover the cost because we'd rather meet you in person than run another ad.
Do I have to be in shape or already exercising?
Not at all. Most of the people who come to these fairs are exactly the ones who feel they should be doing more but haven't started. That's the point of the room.
Can I bring my spouse, a neighbor, or a visiting family member?
Please do. Each resident RSVP includes up to three guests, and honestly, it's more fun when you come with someone.
Is this going to turn into a sales pitch?
No. Vendors are there to introduce themselves and answer questions. If you want to book something afterward, they'll be glad to help — but nobody is going to corner you.
Do I need to stay the full two hours?
Come and go as your afternoon allows. Even twenty minutes is enough to meet a few of the vendors and grab a giveaway.
What if I can't make it but I'm interested?
RSVP anyway and let us know. We'll keep a short list of residents who want to be introduced to specific practitioners after the fact.
We'd love to see you there.
RSVP so we know how much coffee, how many chairs, and how many giveaway bags to bring. It takes about thirty seconds, and you can add your guests at the same time.
